Experience:
Oleksandr Kuryavy began his practice in 2017 as a lawyer of the All-Ukrainian public movement "Syla Prava", where he defended in court the interests of citizens who suffered as a result of the Russian Federation's military aggression against Ukraine.
Oleksandr distinguished himself by becoming the first lawyer of the Cherkasy region who was able to legally establish the legal fact of the forced resettlement of a person from the east of Ukraine precisely as a result of the Russian military aggression and its occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine.
In 2018, Oleksandr became the head of the legal department of the Cherkasy regional branch of the political party.
Thanks to his professionalism as the head of the legal department, in 2019 Oleksandr became the personal lawyer of the leader of the political party and officially received the status of "trustee of the candidate for the President of Ukraine", who at that time was the head of the city of Lviv. Engaged in legal support of the election campaign of a candidate for the President of Ukraine.
In 2019, Oleksandr officially opened his private legal practice, which was focused on legal services for corporate clients (businesses and public associations), family, civil, tax and labor law.
This private practice became a solid foundation for Oleksandr's further growth as a professional and future managing partner of Murenko, Kuriavyi & Partners law firm.
In 2020, when he was carrying out the legal assignment of the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration in the field of registration of non-profit organizations, Oleksandr met Nikita Murenko.
Over time, after close legal cooperation, a decision was made to combine experience and practices and create a new level organization - law firm "Murenko, Kuriavyi & Partners.
In his free time, Oleksandr is engaged in public activities, and in the NGO "Platform of Public Dialogues" and the School of Oratory, which he founded, teaches young people the art of oratory, the art of discussion and philosophy.
