University of Szeged (Hungary), Faculty of Law and Political Sciences Experience: Nikita Murenka's practice begins in 2017 with participation in criminal and administrative cases on the territory of the European Union, cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland, national courts of the Republic of Poland and the International Criminal Police Organization.
He gained considerable experience in the field of international and European law thanks to his work as a legal adviser within the framework of the European experience exchange program during 2019-2020. This experience helped to learn from the inside the banking and investment management systems of the European Union, which now helps the law firm Murenko, Kuriavyi & Partners to remain a leader in this field.
Since 2020, Nikita has opened a private legal practice specializing in legal services for political parties and election law, in particular, full legal support of election processes. In 2020, while carrying out an assignment in the field of state registration of non-profit organizations, Nikita, the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, met Oleksandr Kuryavy. Over time, after close legal cooperation, a decision was made to combine experience and practices and create a new level organization - Murenko, Kuriavyi & Partners law firm.
Fluent in 4 languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English.
In Ukraine, Nikita's practice includes serving corporate clients, in particular, registration of representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine and consulting on European Union law, investment and banking law, in particular, financial monitoring, participation in administrative cases regarding actions and inactions of authorities, civil cases regarding compensation for damages.
